The a3-engine now supports mod rewrite

After some work this morning i've added mod rewrite to the engine.
I've made it so that you can use a config value to set alternate mod decode and encode functions which has been used on lekker-shoppen.com, where i use a category name in the URL instead of the page where you're heading as is done on this domain.

Lekker-shoppen.com has had its new update & calm look. Its running on my self-written engine now aswell just as this site is and it only cost me about 2 days to get it to look like that.
The next update on the engine will be mod-rewrite and after that contact forms

As of today we've upgraded adrichem.nu to our new a3-solutions website engine.
Unfortunatly the engine is still a work in progress therefor some parts of the site are currently unavailable.
